Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is between you and Gvest Investment Capital LLC. It covers our website, mobile application, investment services, products, and related services. It is the entire and only agreement between you and the company, and it supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
Acceptance of Agreement
You agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement with respect to our website, mobile application, investment services, products, and related services.
We may update this Agreement at any time without specific notice to you. The latest version will always be posted on our website at https://www.gvestglobal.com/, and it is your responsibility to review it before using our services.
Investment Services & Payment Terms
- You accept full responsibility for payment of all fees related to our real estate investment services.
- Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement or investment contract.
- Failure to complete payment according to agreed terms may result in suspension of services and additional fees as specified in your contract.
- Late payments may incur interest charges and applicable taxes as outlined in your service agreement.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing valuable real estate investment services. The following refund rules apply to protect both parties.
Service-based refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service purchased and will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Investment advisory refunds
- Advisory services are generally non-refundable once consultation has begun.
- Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of initial service delivery.
- No refunds for market performance or investment outcomes.
Real estate transaction services
- Refunds depend on the stage of transaction completion.
- Fees for completed services (property research, due diligence, legal documentation) are non-refundable.
- Cancellation fees may apply based on resources already committed.
Digital products and reports
Once accessed or downloaded, digital real estate reports and market analyses are non-refundable.
Mobile app services
In-app purchases and premium features are non-refundable once activated.
Refund process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to invest@gvestglobal.com within the applicable timeframe. Valid requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Deferral Policy
For services that can be deferred:
Active service agreements
- Deferral requests must be made at least 72 hours before scheduled service delivery.
- A 10% administrative fee plus any applicable taxes may apply.
- Approved deferrals allow rescheduling within 90 days of the original date.
Investment consultation services
- Rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Multiple rescheduling may incur additional administrative fees.
- Services must be completed within 6 months of original booking.
Investment Disclaimer & Risk Acknowledgment
Important. Real estate investment involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. By using our services, you acknowledge the following.
- No guaranteed returns. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
- Market risk. Real estate values can fluctuate and may result in losses.
- Investment responsibility. All investment decisions are ultimately your responsibility.
- Professional advice. Our services are educational and advisory; consult qualified professionals for specific investment decisions.
- Due diligence. You are responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence.
Mobile Application Terms
By downloading and using the Gvest App, you agree to:
- Use the app in accordance with these terms.
- Provide accurate information for account registration.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Not attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the app.
- Comply with app store terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, investment research, market analyses, graphics, and designs provided by Gvest International Corporation are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, share, distribute, or resell our proprietary investment research.
- Reproduce or modify our materials for commercial use.
- Share login credentials or account access with third parties.
- Use our content to create competing services.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of services, legal action, and forfeiture of all fees paid.
Professional Conduct & Service Standards
- Clients must provide accurate financial and personal information as requested.
- Threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
- We reserve the right to decline services to any individual at our discretion.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gvest International Corporation, its officers, partners, staff, and affiliates against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, investment decisions made based on our advice, or breach of these terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All investment services, market research, mobile application, and related services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
While our strategies are based on market research and experience, investment results are not guaranteed — your success depends on market conditions, your implementation of strategies, and factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Gvest Investment Capital LLC is not liable for:
- Investment losses or poor market performance.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from investment decisions.
- Technical issues with our mobile application or website.
- Third-party services or recommendations.
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid for our specific services.
Regulatory Compliance
Gvest Investment Capital LLC operates in compliance with applicable real estate and investment advisory regulations. However:
- We are not a licensed securities broker-dealer.

- Clients should verify our licensing status in their jurisdiction.

General Provisions
- Governing law. These terms are governed by Texas state law, USA.
- Jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.
- Severability. Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of remaining terms.
- Updates. Changes to these terms will be posted with an effective date.
- Entire agreement. These terms constitute the complete agreement between the parties.
